Lisa Edelstein has been an American actress for over twenty years. She is most well-known for her performance in House which airs on Fox. Raised in Wayne within a conservative Jewish tradition, she moved to New York City at the age of eighteen to study acting at the Tisch school of arts. The school soon became a fixture in the club scene in New York and was soon making headlines. Also, the press was impressed by her. Her experiences and fame to compose and write the musical called Positive Me in which she starred. She landed her first job with MTV as the presenter of Awake on The Wild Side shortly after. When the show ended the actress went on to join the film and television productions. The first time she worked, she was able to get smaller roles, and then became established slowly as an actress.
